Rooted in the visual richness of Mexican culture, Garfias’ compositions merge contemporary design principles with a gentle sense of nostalgia. Guided by balance, symmetry, and the golden ratio, her imagery reveals a contemplative engagement with form while charting a personal, pictorial language.

Central to her practice is the pursuit of authenticity and emotional resonance. Her paintings evoke the innocence and wonder of childhood, inviting viewers into quiet, intimate recollections of memory and imagination. Through color, form, and a subtle, poetic sensibility, Isabel Garfias’ work speaks across cultures, offering a luminous and deeply human vision of contemporary Mexican art.
